inherited bumps?

i went to a dermatoligest and he said that i inherited thhe bumps on my face and arms, but i dont want bumps on my face or arms. what can i use to get rid of the bumps? i know your going to think im stupid but he also said that it was uncurable but how can i reduce it. im a girl age 13. this is really important to me. and how do you use it. like if its lotion then do you put it on before you go to sleep or what. be very detailed.

im not taking surgery.
