You have to watch your posture when you stand, sit and walk. Make sure you walk tall, and look at everything at eye level or higher. Looking down will tend to hunch your back. Do this for a wek or so and you will find it natural thereafter.

A common reason for bad posture are your muscles. If you work out, and you only do bench press and/or chest working lifts, then you will slouch because the muscles in your back arent strong enough to hold your pectorals.

When you watch tv or are sitting on the floor doing something like that you should work on sitting up straight. It hurts the muscles at first!! It is hard to keep it up. Your muscles will strengthen where you are using them. Day after day you will be able to keep it longer and longer. It will stop hurting.
After awhile it will come naturally to you.

Sit up straight. Avoid slouching. Stand up straight. Don't scuff or shuffle when you walk.
