I put up 25 000 bail for my brother and he refuses to show up to court...now they want me to pay 75 000 and it looks like I have to go to court. Help me please.

You get out of paying bail but NOT posting it in the first place. As things stand, you ARE on the hook unless YOU get him back into custody. Since he is TECHNICALLY in your custody now, you are legally allowed to grab him and forcibly return him to jail.

You need to find your brother. I know this is sick because of the racist we found out he is and all, but have you considered Dog Chapman? LOL, just kidding, really.
I feel you should work diligently at finding your brother and of course, get the matter continued in court as long as you can while you're looking for your brother. You can file continuences with the court until they won't allow you to anymore, but the bail bondsman should be out hunting him down too. Your family should help you locate him.
I know my friend's brother will be convicted tomorrow of Rape of A Child in the First Degree and he'll be going away for about 12 years. When he was first caught because he was on the run, my friend's parents were going to put up their home to get their son out of jail, but once they found out he would run, or was a "flight risk", they left him there. Maybe this is what you should have done. Your brother doesn't care about anyone but himself, and it's not a wholesome caring for himself either, for if he valued himself first, he'd come clean and be responsible for his actions. Secondly and only then after being responsible himself, he can then be responsible to you.
Have you spoken to a "knowledgeable" attorney or other bail bondsman to get further advice? I guess that's why you're here. I'm sorry for you. I wish I could take away all the problems and victimization that good people are exposed to by scum in the world.

Some relatives can be so embarrassing sometimes. I'm fairly sure that President Obama is not very familiar with Kenyan law. His brother's interests would be best served by having a Kenyan lawyer. The meeting with this half brother was described by Obama as "very painful."

I believe that your brother is legally in your custody now. I would contact an attorney ASAP and have them represent you when you go to court.
