because i have this seasoning salt that i put on most of my meals for flavour (theres only 1cal per serve and nothing else but sodium)

is 293mgs of sodium a lot for one serve? i mean i knows it salt and all.

can sodium make you gain weight?

No No No.. a "Mg" isnt even a whole gram. so actually 293mgs is actually very little bit. and HONESTLY dont worry about sodium making you gain weight, cause its nearly impossible to gain weight from sodium.

a healthy, athletic individual with a high water intake can easily consume 2-3 grams of sodium daily with no adverse affects.
