I saw an infomercial last night about "Ab Rocket" and how it significantly reduces neck and back strain. I already walk regularly and do 500 sit-ups a night (3 different kinds), so I'm not looking for something to build abs. I am mostly looking for an alternative for sit-ups since my neck does get very sore. I was wondering if "Ab Rocket" actually does work..or if there are any other products that might help?

(Again, I do not expect to lose 10 inches...I am just looking for a possible alternative.)

what would be the purpose of doing 500 sit ups a night? you do realize that if you don't train your lower back an equal amount as the abs you will and probably have created a severe muscle imbalance which very easily can lead to injury to the lower lumbar down the road.

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. all of the crunches and sit ups in the world won't get you any closer to a 6-pack unless you drop some body fat. abdominal training has absoultey no effect on that. 500 sit ups might burn 100 calories.

You don't lose belly fat by doing crunches with the ab rocket or without it. Spot fat reduction is a myth. As to the Ab Rocket, if you already workout why get it?

don't bother with an ab rocket...just get an ab wheel.

ab wheels can be found for about $10 and are extremely challenging to your entire core.
