Islam believes that Jesus is a prophet, however that he was not the Son of God (which is what Christians believe).
As Muhammad (peace be upon Him) came after Jesus, his prophecy is believe to be of greater importance, but that's a little off topic.
Mary is not believed to be a virgin. She is a revered woman, a descendant of King David, who gave birth to Jesus, the prophet.
Therefore, Mary (Miriam) is believed to have given birth to Jesus.

Lady... Muslims believe that Jesus existed and that he was a prophet. I don't think they believe in the immaculate conception.

Although any given Muslim may have a different view on the topic.

She did give birth to Jesus... but he is NOT the son of God! We also believe he is the messiah the Jews were waiting for.

P.S. If according to Christianity Jesus is the son of God (Allah forgive me for saying that) but then wouldn't Adam and Eve be twice as holy since they had no mother and no father, they came straight from God?

The virgin is Mary and she gave birth to Jesus (Isa in Arabic) (PBUH) when God commanded she would be pregenant without conception of a male. And it was NOT God who pregnated her, He CREATED the fetus or the starting of the embryo development within her because when God says "be" and it is.

Virgin Mary gave birth to Jesus, but God didn't have sex with her, he created a miracle by his will (same as in creating Adam (from nothing)).
