Hinduism. The earliest evidence of the religion dates from 5500–2600 BCE.
Pagans have been around for a long freakin' time, but "Pagan" isn't really a religion, it's a genre of religions. I don't think there are many Pagan religions that have survived in their original form. Too many monotheists destroying their history along the way.

Zoroastrianism is the world's oldest prophetic religion, but Hinduism is the oldest religion still being practiced today. Dravidianism is the oldest religion and was practised around 6000 to 3000BCE and predates Sumerian, Egyptian and Babylonian cultures.
