You'd better have another look at your conclusion. My church doesn't teach that God created everything out of nothing. As far as I know, the amount of energy and matter in the universe has been constant since it expanded. Unless God is putting more energy into it to accelerate its rate of expansion. I'll have to ask an astrophysicist about that phenomenon some day. Rather, we believe that God used natural laws wherever possible to organize the matter in the universe. Why do more work than is necessary? The matter in this solar system coalesced according to laws of physics, but God tweaked things here and there to get things just right.

God can do whatever is possible to be done. God cannot, however, do that which is actually impossible. this is because true impossibility isn't based on the amount of power one has, it is based on what is really possible. the truly impossible isn't made possible by adding more power. therefore, unless context indicates otherwise [e.g. matthew 19:26 where man's ability is being shown in contrast to God's], impossibility means the same thing whether or not God is involved
the bible itself lists things God cannot do - like lie or deny himself. the reason he cannot do these things is because of his nature and the nature of reality itself. God cannot do what isn't actually possible to be done, like creating a two-sided triangle, or a married bachelor. just because words can be strung together this way does not make the impossible possible - these things are contradictions, they are truly impossible in reality

You should. Anything in Christ is possible, but out of Him is NOT. If it's in His will then it'd possible but if it's not in His name then why should it be possible?
I am breathing, blinking, thinking, digesting, working AND answering this question all at the same time and more.....I think anything is possible.
Smile, Jesus loves you!!!

I believe that if it is in accordance with His will, then yes. Heavenly Father is a perfect being, perfectly righteous, and perfectly just.
