They can't arrest you for requesting a lap dance. If that was true, strip clubs would be shut down because the strippers at the club give lap dances all the time, then the guy pays them $10-$15 a dance, nothing illegal about that. If you requested a BJ, then you can probably get arrested because thats oral sex (sexual favor.) When you go to female escorts always go to one that has good reviews (more then five perfectibility. Before you go put the money in an envelope. Place it on the table or dresser. If she asks what the money is for, say it is for a full body massage. Leave everything but your boxers on. If she starts going down your pants and starts give you a BJ, then you know she's not a cop. You are fine to do anything you please now. Yes they can. Any kind of favor that you would recieve from a prostitute (sex, bj, lapdance, whatever...), unless you get it from a proper establishment, is still considered propositioning.
