when it says 1 egg and than 1 eggyolk does that mean 1 egg total or 2 eggs and you use 1 whole egg and just the yolk of the other HELP!

When it says 1 egg, you use one whole egg
When it says 1 egg yolk, you remove the white and save it for another part of the recipe, or to use in some other recipe.
When it says 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, you remove the white from one of two eggs, and then save that egg white. Then you use the yolk with the one complete egg.
Sometimes the white is called for elsewhere in the recipe. If it's not, find a recipe for meringues, or else make yourself some scrambled eggs for breakfast with extra whites added to it.

That means one whole egg and one egg yolk.
You can separate the egg easily too.
Use a small bowl for it....two if you want.
Use your hands,take the egg from one hand to the other, through your fingers, let the egg white go into the bowl. Do this several times until you get all the white in the bowl.
Take the yolk and put it into whatever you're making.
If you need to wait, put it in a separate small bowl.
As long as the yolk doesn't break you'll be fine.
Just have an extra egg handy in case you need it...lol
