Okay, so my bedroom has two shades of gold on the walls. and i'm trying to decorate my room with warm colors. i really like the color red so i've already started to add some red to my room. i have red velvet curtains and a few other things. i still need some ideas of cute things to put on the walls and just around my room. i want it to be really warm and comfortable. i'll take ANY ideas.. websites are helpful too. thanks!

Red and gold - wow! Sounds great!
What color[s] is bedding in?
Suggest adding some black [ iron ] with white, or espresso brown with ivory to the room.
Vary fabrics/textures a bit - warm velvet, cool satin, cozy fleece, smooth metal, etc.
Frequently a red and gold room starts looking Mediterranean - if you like that idea, go for it!
Ideas:
sconces [ iron, with red candles ]
floral wreath or swag with red flowers, tiny gold ones
red and gold velvet throw pillows
red or gold velvet throw [ for bed or chair ]
posters, paintings, or photos with red and gold in them
brass or iron or dark brown framed mirror

A shaggy area rug would look cozy. Black wrought iron candle holders that you mount on the wall, A wall mount water fall is very soothing (get one that lights up) I wouldn't put too much on the walls, just enough to give it a special touch. Throw pillows stacked in a corner and on the bed are warm accents, and a soft, pretty throw blanket draped at the end of your bed.

Try this, it's really cool. Go into glidden.com and on there they allow you to choose from any color on their color chart and you can actually see rooms painted with the color you chose.

hey, my room is too shades of pink and i love it! i have light pink on the top and dark pink on the bottom. in between i have a white chair rail.

have like majroons deep yellows and like purples try getting some stuffed animals and just make the room reall cute
