I think that the RELIGION is a peaceful, good one (which is true, Islam does have many good qualities and teachings. It's just that most people here in the US have a severe lack of education concerning Muslims so they do not know that... most Americans assume that all Muslims are anti-American terrorists who want to kill us all. The only things most Americans know about Islam come from the media, which usually only portrays the bad things Muslims are doing). I think that most Muslims are good people with good intentions. The problem is not the Islamic religion, per say-- the problem is some of the people IN the religion and how they act (like the terrorists). Extremists in ANY religion is not a good thing, because extremism seems to generally breed more intolerance and hatred of those of other beliefs. And in my mind, there seem to be too many Muslim extremists. Does that mean I think Islam is a bad religion? No. It means that I think some people in the religion make poor choices and aren't the best people.

Having read the quran and many hadith, I see that Islam is satans attempt to carbon copy Christianity and mold it into some violent opressive religion. In Islam there is no free will. Women are seen as property and can be beaten at any time. (Surah 4:34)
Islam is hell bent on converting the world even if it means at the point of a sword! Personally I'd rather have my head seperated from my body then believe it is a religion of 'peace'. BTW Islam doesn't mean peace as muslims claim.. it means submission.

There is good and bad in everything. However, there is none righteous, no, not one!!! I'm sure there are "good" people that subscribe to satan's lie that is the islamic religion. ALL that believe satan's lies over the Truth of God's word are doomed to the same fate!!! There is only one way to the father, and that is through the Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

I've nothing against it, so long as Muslims don't try to kill me, destroy my way of life, or stifle the rights of other people in other countries to question them and their actions. I have a rather unique perspective on this, since I have had Muslims who I was good friends with, Muslims who have tried to kill me, and Muslims who have killed or threatened those Muslim friends of mine. But Islam itself, as a religion? I've nothing against it.

Radical islam wants to convert all people or kill all people.

Radical islam is the real islam. There are hundreds of millions more of them than peaceful muslims.

I can only speak for myself. As I believe only in the God of the bible and His son, Jesus, I believe Islam is merely another false religion.

Americans have very little knowledge about Islam.
The little they know is what they view and hear in the media.
Not all Muslims are fanatics and not all fanatics are muslms.
