I don't, because I am mature enough to realize that years on earth does not correlate with what a person knows, despite the common assertion that with age and experience comes wisdom.

Just because they are younger, doesn't neccessarily mean they don't know more. We can all learn from other people in the work environment. I have always tried to get the information I could learn from everyone, and then decide based on my knowledge and study what the correct information is.

Well I was the younger person and my coworkers dealt with it by yelling, cursing, and throwing crap at me until I got fed up and quit. I was put down even though I got more of an education. Either way it's discrimination.
