Tins - Hopkins, Kastmaters, Crocodiles. Poppers and swimming plugs are also effective. Although swimming plugs have the most movement it is difficult to cast far. So if you are surf fishing go with tins and poppers. If you are pier fishing all the plugs are effective. Also paddletails plastic bait works well, yet you have to be fishing on a bank, boat, or pier to toss them and get into deep water.
