Every ski binding can be re-mounted. If it has to be mounted once, it can come off and it can be re-mounted.
While some places will tell you they can't re-mount, they either don't know what they are talking about or are just trying to get you to buy more stuff. The other thing may be that they just lack the tools to get the job done. But the bottom line is if the binding has screws...the screws can come out...new holes can be drilled...and the binding can go back on.
There are a few bindings that cannot be mounted to certain skis....very few. However in most cases, the bindings should be able to be re-mounted.
