How many chili dogs could you eat? I would be full after 4.

Well, if I had the full 12 minutes (the actual time given at Nathan's contest) I'd probably be able to down a dozen chilidogs. But something tells me that the winners would probably be eating a whole bunch more than that.
As it stands the records (according to the International Federation of Competitive Eating) are 66 Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs and Buns in 12 minutes, eaten by Joey Chestnut this past fourth of July and the record for Chili was set by Richard LeFevre when he ate 1 and a 1/2 gallons of Stagg Chili in 10 minutes. And in the same vein, the record for Chili Cheese Fries is a whopping 8 lbs, 2 oz of Wienerschnitzel Chili Cheese Fries that were devoured in just 10 minutes. This record was set in February of 2006 by the 105 pound Sonya Thomas.
