Even though Bench press is for chest, it uses biceps right?
Is it bad to alternate between working out your arms and chest?
like on monday, wednesday, and friday: Bicep workout
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday : Bench press
is this bad since I'm basically using biceps everyday?

only as a dynamic stabilizer. the bicep pulls the forearm to the body or bends the elbow, it gets no direct stimulation.

not quite sure what your goals are but there is no need to bench 3x a week or train such a small muscle like the biceps 3x a week.

In general, Pushing exercises (like bench press) work chest and triceps. Pulling (like curls) will get the biceps more. Same with shoulders (pushing weight up) and back (pulling weight down).

It is good to alternate muscle groups. You could definitely do bench press on a day you are letting biceps recover.

to work on the biceps do curls and remember to work the muscle and don't swing the weight up. I could curl more than I could bench which I think is abnormal but I loved the look of firm biceps with the vein popping out. Haven't worked out in like 8 years though now.

If you want to work your biceps then i suggest you get some dumbells and do some bicep curls. Just do as many as you can till it begins to hurt (no pain no gain) and then maybe go back a bit later and try some more, if not leave it at that, if you do this once a night you will start to see a difference after 2 - 3 weeks. Bench pressing will only excercise the shoulders, triceps, and back (latissimus dorsi), trust me, i'm a personal trainer :)
Train hard!

Your muscles have to have time to recover. When are you working out the rest of your body, your legs and your chest. If you want to build more muscle and get bigger, legs are a key component as they promote testosterone production. Bottom line is that if you overwork one part of your body it will stop growing, there has to be a healthy amount of time for the muscle to recover, and don't just focus on big biceps, you should not just try to add size to one muscle group, what about your back, shoulders, triceps, abs, legs? You don't want to be a scrawny guy with huge biceps, you'll look dumb.

the bench press uses mostly triceps, shoulders, back, and chest.

Benching will not work out your biceps to any significant degree.

your schedule is fine...just stop for a day if you feel like you are overtraining.
