As Brennus says, "muintir go deo" means "family for ever". ("muintir" means family, "go deo" is one of many ways of saying for ever).

However, "Family is forever" is not translated properly as "Is muintir go deo", which means "a family forever is . . . ".

It's better to say "Maireann muintir go deo" (literally, family lasts for ever).

So your full translation is as follows:

Maireann muintir go deo.
Muintir go deo.
Go deo muintir.
Muintir.

Muintir go deo (pronounced "min-cher guh dyo or mwin-cher guh joh") actually does mean "Family forever" or "Forever family." With the copula (is) it would be Is muintir go deo (pronounced "Uss min-cher-guh dyo") = Family is forever.
