Alright I see this girl maybe 3 times a day in the hallways. When I catch a glimpse of her & she has not noticed me, she is walking perfectly fine with her hands at her sides.
But...as soon as she sees me, she immediately starts fooling and playing with her hair. And I mean EVERY TIME!
Could this be a sign?

Could just be a nervous habit. My little sister use to twist her hair around her finger all the time. It really depends on the person and the circumstances. Try striking up a conversation with the lady ... ask her out for coffee!

Hair twirling is one of the major signs that a girl likes you (especially if they do it a lot), but it could also be a habit of hers. Just observe how she acts around other guys. If her behavior is different when she's around you, then I'd say she likes you.

Dude! You've gotten the green light sign basically. If a girl plays with her hair, she is expressing physical interest in you. Trust me, I've done it. And if she does anything, like, lick or chew charmingly on her lips while she's going this, watch out! :o) Congrats!

I think it is definitely a sign.
However, in order for it to be a POSITIVE sign, you want a few other indicators such as prolonged eye contact and/or a smile. Otherwise, she could just feel nervous or akward around you.
If she is worth it, then go talk to her...you never know until you try.

Im sorry to say this but I play with my hair all the time I just love how soft it is. But when girls get nervous they do it too. So there could very well be a chance she likes you

sounds like it is, though bare in mind all us ``girls`` play with our hair all the time lol at least i do, seeing as she isnt doing it when your not looking then when you look she starts gives an indication she`s got the hots for ya :) so maybe casually ask her out to the cinema or coffee or something lol Gd Luck

You do not say how she is playing with it, is she flicking it over her shoulder, twisting some around her finger, different ways of playing with hair and flicking over the shoulder can mean different things,
I would say that she likes you and is not sure (nervous) about how to approach you.
