After I work out I take whey protein. It tastes really bad but I manage to drink it. Anyways I take the right amount it says on the jar thing. But after I take it, it makes me feel like crap and like I have just ate 5 greasy hamburgers. I feel blowded and my stomache feels sooo full for soo long. Whats wrong? Am I taking to much? is this normal because I have only taken it about 4 times.

yes, you take it so much at the beginning. Try to use it a little bit until you get used with the taste. I know some whey protein taste like crap but we have to drink it any way.

you need to be more specific. what type of protein are you taking and how much?
