Jam or jelly, with or without cream cheese.
Molasses.
If you're desperate, make some sugar syrup by heating 1/2 c. sugar in 1/2 c. water. Stir, add more sugar or water as necessary to get right consistency - will thicken slightly as it cools.

Okay I know that there is a difference between the 2 syrups. Unlike the majority of the previous answerers. There is a real maple syrup and then there is maple flavored pancake syrup. The real maple has a better flavor, then the maple flavored pancake syrup, but plain old pancake syrup will work just fine. There is also a tropical one or somethng like that, mmm I like it, it's very nutty tasting. So yeah use the reg syrup, it'll be okay but just not the same flavor.

You could try corn syrup or honey, if she has it.
Chances are there are no real nuts in the Butter Pecan.
Usually it's just synthetic flavour, but you cannot take chances.
If nothing else, mix 1/2 cup sugar & 1 cup water.
Bring to the boil on medium heat & reduce in volume.
It's ready when it starts to turn yelllow.

Have you been in a store where they sell small bottles of flavoring, like RUM, Peppermint, etc? Look for the one that says MAPLE.
This is a strong imitation flavor but exactly like maple syrup.
Just buy a jar of cornsyrup and add a tsp at a time of the flovoring until you are satisfed that it tastes like maple syrup.
If the corn syrup is too thick (maple syrup should be about the same as pancake surup) just add some water untiul it is the right consistency.

jam is good.
and Ronmac -- she said she is snowed in and can't get out of the house... that really puts the kabosh on going to the store... and if she could go to the store then she could get regular maple syrup without getting flavoring and corn syrup.
