No. They know there is no hell as described in the Bible. They have no fear of it.
Most atheists are moral people as are most theists. They do no harm and and live by society's rules and consequently fear no retribution.
But there are innocent people living now in hellish situations. I am grateful that I am not so unfortunate and support and contribute to those trying to address their plight.

Whats funny is that hell didn't exist until Jesus came along, Jews don't believe in hell, only a life without god, which I have now, but going by your logic, and by my statement Jesus is to blame for hell, I would have much preferred if instead of taking away sin he reversed that whole apple thing instead of creating hell, sad really your savior is also to blame for eternal damnation, talk about fair and free will.

Not every religion believes in hell. I think the Christian religion started with the hell thing a few hundred years back. Its like asking if you die as a martyr do you think you wont get 40 virgins just because you don't believe in that?

There is no hell. No heaven either. No gigantic god thingie either. When you die, you are merely dead. Death is the end of life and is as much a part of life as being born is.

Religion was created by those who fear death so much that they must invent fairytales - and call them truth - to give them a reason to live.

Most atheists have their heads on perfectly straight and live this one life we have very well, with joy at everyday.....

Do you think just because you believe in hell and choose a religion that offers ways to avoid it, you can't go there? But there are other religions that say you are doomed.

Consider following Christ but Allah is God. Or following Mohammad but Jesus is God. Or following Moses and Shiva is God.

No, there are NO absolute guarantees anyone believer or not, will avoid hell.

So instead of choosing your path out of fear, choose it out of love.

Why would I be remotely concerned about going to a place that I don't believe exists? I'm not particularly worried about going to Hades or Valhalla either, because they don't exist.

The connection here is incorrect. Both my disbelief in hell and my inability to go to hell are a product of hell not existing.

I love that song. I wish I knew a Gloria so that I could sing it to her everyday.

Yup. Exactly.."you guys are funny"?? what's funny AND pathetic is worshipping something you can't even discover with ALL 5 of your senses: see, smell, touch, hear, taste...but i can SEE scientific evidence that God doesn't exist. I can HEAR it..I can TOUCH it...if i want (i dont know why i would.) i could TASTE and SMELL it...can YOU guys do that? No. Pointblank..so, to redirect your statement..WHO'S funny?
