okay, maybe not BLIND blind, but my vision has gotten very bad because of this.

i used to have 20/20 in which i could see to the very bottom line of the eye chart. but ever since i stared at the sun, my vision has never been the same.
( i thought it would be okay because i was wearing sunglasses.. but its not!)

also, i think another thing that may have effected my vision is sitting really close to the TV when watching it.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY VISION NATURALLY??

plz don't say carrots..

i heard somewhere that if you do certain eye exercises that it improves your vision.

There is nothing you can do. The sun is so bright that only a few seconds of staring directly at it will burn and destroy the part of the eye that is responsible for seeing.

You now have a tiny scar on your retina. This should be a warning at others not to stare at the sun.

Staring at the sun for 1 minute will not blind you. However staring for several minutes with no protection can cause damage to the visual cells in the part of the retina that allows us to see fine detail. You may also experience small black dots that obscure your central vision for a while, but normally this is not permanent damage. Especially as you had sunglasses on at the time.

What about... glasses... Yes, there are exercises but I think it's a special program. I'm not exactly sure what you can do to make your vision any better in any other natural way, but I saw this and I just thought you should know how stupid it is to stare at the sun.

Why would anyone stare at the sun.....tsk.....

However damage done by the sun is not refractive damage. It won't change the shape of the lens of your eye. There are no exercises for this sort of damage, or corrective lenses. It may be permanent damage, or it may heal.
