You need to go see a doctor ASAP, cause it spreads very easy. They will give you a body shampoo that you will have to use a few times a day for a few days. Go sooner than later.
Also, wash everything....bedding, pillows, toys what ever you have touched.

Go see a doctor....it wont go away...unlike a fungus, scabies a virus(or vice versa) and can only be treated by antibiotic creams prescribed by a doctor. Scabies comes from animals and you can get it from working in the yard(where rats and other rodents infected spread the germ) or if somebody you know has pets and these pets are all over the furniture and what not...you can get it. It's embarrasing and irritating but treated, it will go away.

I have had scabies, and it is awful. I went to my gp and got some lotion. I had to put it all over my body and wash it off the next day. It worked but the itching didn't stop until a few days later.

You need some type of cream so you gotta go to the doctor. And if you had close contact with family they need to get the cream too. My whole family got it it sucked!! They gave me a cream called Permethrin.
