I do believe there is a creator of the universe and that it was done with intent. I do believe that Christ, Buddha, Lao Tzu and many others have walked this earth. I do believe that they were all enlightened with Christ being the only one that was or is the creator of the entire observable universe. But, I am more confidant than ever that the Bible itself is full of errors due to the nature of man. And that most of what Christ said went and continues to be misinterpreted by every one. I'll use Luke 24:45 as evidence, if the hand picked Disciples of Christ did not get it how in the holly white sheep dips are we? He said to many things to people in private that we do not know and he experience things that we can't understand. All religion is only an attempt to create wealth and power for those that have chosen its occupation except those very few that are enlightened and seek the good of all mankind. Further I think that science is and will continue more right than not.

What am I?
You are one still on the fence. There are many pot holes in the bible, so one must be careful. These errors can't hide the truth forever. As we learn to read spiritually, we avoid each and every pot hole. Material science will continue to hide spiritual truth, as it must do. The nature of truth lifts error from the human thought, and is not touched human errors recorded in the bible. One day you will feel safe to jump from the fence.

I understand your thinking behind this, but dont you think that if something as big as the Bible that people use to bring others God was left in the hands of humans to pass along that the Lord would kind of keep taps on it to make sure the message stays the same?
In this passage he opened their minds to the scriputre because they were so overcome with joy and amazement (human things) that they could not believe that he was not a ghost like the scripture said.
I know that it is hard but i am a big believer in asking the Lord to open your mind to better understand the scripture

How about, a semi-believer.
Your choice of belief is difficult to explain without your description above.
Its kinda like my belief in Leprechauns, I believe that Leprechauns once walked the earth, but don't believe that they wore green despite what the book of Kells says.
Faith is a tough thing to handle, it creates the ability for us all to choose whatever we want to for belief, that is why I finally decided to use as little faith as necessary, its just easier that way, and I will never find myself in a cult as a result.
Reading your answers, it appears as if you sway dramatically from agnosticism to faithful belief, but reading your description above helps.

You are a Christian if you believe Christ created stuff. You are also a hypocrite for saying the bible is full of errors and believing in Jesus at all.

Your title is "Contradictory".
You cannot reconcile your last statement with the rest of your statements. The evidence (science anyone) says that Jesus never existed. (1) You also cannot say you question the bible and then use it as evidence for some other positive claim.
Edit: Is my martyr complex showing?

YIPEE!!!
You have an opinion. Though confusing, that is what you are, categorically, OPINIONATED.
That is your place in your time right now.
You have a right to be where you are.
This is a site of opinionated people and I like your views, they open people's minds and gets them to thinking about their own beliefs.

No matter what category you fall into, your belief is not about "Religion" nor "Spirituality". Unless you want to redifine that too, you're beliefs is more suited for the Science section.
