You could totally use the word "beautiful" or "gorgeous" and she would most likely understand. "Darling" sounds corny to us, but would'nt sound as funny to them and would get the point across.
So something like, "Hello gorgeous! Kinyoubi no yoru wa isogashii kai?"
And that's a pretty casual way to say it, so I wouldn't recommend using that line on a stanger, lol>_<

I just did it on a translator, it came up in Kanji so I translated to Romaji
konnichiha ni utsukushii desu - anata ga kinyoubi no yoru isogashii ?
Not sure how correct it is, I'd suggest looking it up yourself too.
