Simpleplas inan a$$hole. If I ever come face to face with that idiot, I hope he/she has good health insurance with "accident" coverage. NO..you are not FAT. Can you still see your feet? Maybe it is all boobs and butt (which men seem to love) or muscle!
You don't want to get too skinny! I wouldn't GAIN anymore, though. I'm no doctor, but I know ALOT about nutrition, and I would just try to eat healthy, drinks TONS of water and work out 4 -5 days a week. NOT a diet, but by eating healthy your body will "set" itsself to it's natural weight, which, depending on your build is probably anywhere between 110 and 135.
SHOULD you lose weight? Ask yourself this...WHY? For who? To HELL with what other people think! you SHOULD do whatever makes you happy and tell the others to piss off!

i do not know if i would call this fat. it depends on the amount of muscle and fat that you have. age can have something to do with this. if you are a teen or younger, it may just be "baby fat". if you feel a bit too heavy try and watch what you eat and/or get a little more excercise ir at all possible. to me, this does not sound like you need to worry about it.
you are not fat and you are the only one worrying about it.
enjoy life!!
i hope i could help you and make you feel better
P.S.
don't listen to those people who say you are heavy.
good day i say to you!!!

You need to exercise. A study just came out, that concludes that exercise makes more difference as to health, than a little extra weight. Lean people who don't exercise are not as healthy. Just eat healthy, small frequent meals, with enough protein. Do what kind of exercise you can, and look for subtle changes over time. Everything takes time.

First of all, strike the term "too fat" from your vocabulary. That sort of thinking is counter-productive to weight loss and not useful to you at all. Rather, think in terms of health. In order to have a long, healthy life, people must remain active. Weight loss is a natural by-product to an active lifestyle.
Currently many people subscribe to the Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement to gauge whether or not they are within the healthy weight zone.
BMI Categories:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Online BMI Calculator:

The negatives to being over weight are damage to your joints, heart and cholesterol problems, and the inability to enjoy life if you are inhibited from participating in activities that you enjoy because you are short of breath or fatigue easily. This is not a vanity thing. It is life and death, happy healthy living versus premature health problems.
So please please please focus on being healthy and active rather than "skinny". You are a gorgeous individual with a world of possibilities at your fingertips. Your body will respond to how it is treated. Don't abuse it. It's the only one you get.

Technically yes, but really depends on your body fat percentage more than your weight.
