that it is pathetic that a 27 year old man is afraid to tell his parents that his girlfriend is living with them? How would you let them "find out" if you were an outsider to this?

I'm sorry I mean she is living with him, not "them" he is a grown man with his own house!

Living with them? Like sneaking into the parents house and they dont see her? or living with him in his own place? I wasn't sure. I guess for an outsider I would say dont say anything to them, its not really an outsiders place to get involved in this, maybe his parents are very religious and believe that you shouldn't live together until your married? Or maybe its something deeper. I would try to find out what the reason is for the secret first. It could be something that is very important and telling them would cause a lot of problems. Good luck!

I think if your grown enough to be living on your own...You can do what you want. Just tell them that she's living with you. What can they do to you? Maybe ground you? LOL.
Your the one who's in the relationship. Be a grown up and tell them. They raised you to make all the right choices, so what's the problem?

Depends on the relationship he has with his parents... are they super religious? It is somewhat pathetic though, if he is self sufficient & living on his own if he can not tell his parents. If "I" were an outsider on this... I would be just that... the "outsider". It is up to him to tell them, UNLESS... you are the girlfriend, because he is forcing you to lie too. If that is the case... re-evaluate the situation & ask yourself if he lies to you too!?!?

Your 27 your parents don't have much say in your life anymore unless you still live at home and that wouldn't make any sense for the question
JUST TELL THEM!!!!! - they might not mind or they might u won't know unless you say anything. Plus wat are they gunna wether they like it or not its your life right
