What is the best way I can cook green plantains?

I have to bring it in for a class project. They are to be made Thursday Night, and brought in on Friday. I need to know a way too cook them, so they can be good in taste, and they can be okay if refrigerated.

i like them sliced and deep fried...... hence the jello butt!!!! LOL

cook in skin,peel,slice and pour a sweet n sour sauce over it or an orange sauce or bake in a cheese sause

THE WAY I COOK THEM IS FRIED, THEN ADD GARLIC SAUCE OR MOJITO TO THEM AND THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE TASTY ONCE ITS FRIED, SORRY NAMASTE
