why are you using plastic utensils in the first place? Plastic isn't good for anyone, no matter what the manufacturers say. It is derived from chemicals and is not a natural substance. When they are heated, they leach chemicals. Buy some stainless steel forks, knives and spoons and wash them and re-use them. The little bit extra effort will make you feel better about your imprint left, and when you are gone from this earth, they ( the utensils ) probably will still be in use by somebody else! This is the best case for re-cycling, don't you think?

of course! as long as u wash them. just make sure you are careful with them because the more and more you wash them the more they wear out. and they could break. but they are safe to reuse them over and over again.

It's fine to reuse them if you throw them in the dishwasher or hand wash it.

no, because plastics leach out carcinogenic chemicals especially when you use them with hot food... Use stainless steel instead...
