I would encourage you to really find out what the true heritage is. What is being taught to christians today is not what your true heritage is. The bible has been manipulated by the politicians of the era that it was translated to fit their needs, so the bible does not actually present the true picture of what Christianity was. It actually started as a very beautiful religion, but has been "changed" by rulers who decided what would be in the bible and what would not. Did you realize that entire books have been left out of the bible? anything that did not serve their purposes for controlling the people and the religion was left out.
