Well, if you are dieting or trying to eat healthier peanut butter IS high in fat. I'd say have some carrots or celery or apples with it to make it healthier. Or you could bake it into some of your favorite foods like make some puppy chow to mix it up a bit. Just have fun with it if you like it so much!

That's alright. I've got through a jar of peanut butter in a week before. I eat it because it's packed with protein which helps build muscle mass.

When I find I am eating like that...in retrospect it is stress eating. I don't see it for what it is when I am in the middle of it...I am really trying to be in the present and mindful of what I am doing, but it is a constant battle.
Good luck, I hope what I described is nothing like what you are going though.

it give you lots of protein and no cholestrol

thats 2940 calories. ouchh.. thats almost what u are supposed to eat over the course of two days... but if you have a quick metabolism, go for it.
