i used to squint when watching Tv, and had trouble reading things at a distance since forever...
i got my eyes checked when i was young, and they said my eyes were perfect, then when i was 10, they still said they were perfect, then when i was 13, and they were like, for how long has it been this bad, you definately need glasses. i was like kerfriggenever. so get them checked often, and make sure the people are 100% sure that your eyes are perfect....

How far away from the T.V. is he? At what point of distance does he stop squinting? Does he squint when he is drawing or other close-up activities? Answer those questions for yourself, and then make up your mind as to whether he needs to be examined by an ophthmologist for glasses.

Sure, just to be safe. He might be squinting because of watching too much tv, or maybe his pupils aren't used to the light yet, so he squints. idk. but you should just to be safe. if he's ssquinting from watching tv only a few feet away because of his vision then you should get it checked.
