I am trying to find a similar accident and I cannot seem to find one .Usually road rage invoves a gun or someone throwing something,but what happens when they use their vehicle?

If someone, in a fit of anger, tries to harm or kill another person with his vehicle, he is guilty of a criminal act, such at aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder.

Are you the victim of road rage, or did you commit road rage and use your vehicle against someone else?


Your vehicle can be a deadly weapon, and if someone died due to your actions, then you would be brought up on charges of criminal negligence and murder.

Vehicular Manslaughter or Homicide.

Road Rage is defined as an action that threatens or injures others. Guns, rocks or using your car as a deadly weapon.

It would be at the least 2nd degree homicide.

I'm sure the DA knows all this though.
