I don't understand why people cheat??? Can you tell me???

Men cheat for the same reasons women cheat. They're not happy in a relationship but are too cowardly to leave it and be alone. Or they have low self-esteem and self-destructiveness. Or a simple lack of morals. Or emotional problems that lead to impulsive behavior ; or they like the excitement that goes along with such affairs; or they are incapable of committing to just one person; or they have a true mental illness that compels them to have sex with multiple partners.
As for whom the cheater loves, I actually think it's himself/herself. People who run around like this are often narcissistic, insecure and looking for excitement, and don't give attention to the consequences.

Everyone has their own reasons. Sometimes it is an unfulfilled emotional need, and sometimes its a physical need, or a bit of both.
There are those rare occasions that two people like each other and want to explore a casual relationship with no strings attached. It's called "having your cake and eating it too".
Most people do not cheat to hurt their significant other. Oftentimes they get into the extra relationship and go back to their first obligation with no problems. It is a selfish need to fulfill something that is missing in their life, or that they think is missing. The excitement and fear of getting caught fuels the intensity, but once that feeling passes, it usually fizzles out.

I believe a lot of times it is because they are insecure and unhappy with themselves and the constant conquests give them some sort of instant joy ... which of course fades rather quickly when they realize they are hurting someone else.
Some cheat because they are so unhappy in a relationship and instead of leaving and looking for someone new they find someone who is like a breath of fresh air and go for it.
Whatever the reason it is always wrong!

Because they feel trapped but are too chicken to end it with their SO.
Because they're stupid and think the grass really IS greener.
Because they're drunk or high.
Because they let themselves get into compromising situations and delude themselves into thinking it was "an accident" (when a retarded chimpanzee could have seen the warning signs).
Lots of reasons, really.

there are many reasons why ppl cheat,
1 they think they broke up with the girl,but they didnt, then they get another one and then apepars girl number one saying she didnt break up with him.
2 they feel unconfortable with their girl, the girl doesnt treat him well, but he doesnt want to destroy her feelings saying shes not good enough for him, and he finds sumone who really cares for him.
3 vengeance,to make others jealous,
4 become "popular"
5 saying no to a girl is really damn hard,
6 just likes to do it,

i hate cheating..and no second chance for cheater but....i think ppl cheat for different reasons in different situations.Some to secure their jobs...some to get some thing out of the way while are not capable of.it.....but all the cheaters have one quality...they dont bother about any other relation in their live..but about themselves.

some people have no conscience
they may think their partner is out cheatin
some ppl dont know how to dump someone
mayb they think their partner lives too far and they know someone local who could give them what they want
they may think the relationship is going nowhere

because they want to try something new viseversa..also because they dont wanna face reality so they think they can get over it by cheating
