Its not the most comfortable feeling, but its something you forget and don't mind because you will feel so good after they are off. It feels like someone is popping off the braces...I'm not trying to sound sarcastic-but that's exactly what it feels like, it doesn't hurt, its just uncomfortable. Then they have to chip off the glue, which, again, is uncomfortable, but it does not hurt at all. You may have some glue left on you teeth for a few months, but it goes away after a while. All you will want to do once your braces off is lick your teeth. It feels great! That's what I did!
