Go back to your doctor and discuss the matter further. Sounds like the ultrasound did not detect any cancer; however, that doesn't mean there isn't something else wrong that is causing your sharp pains. Obviously something is responsible for the pains. Sometimes doctors go through lab reports (your ultrasound results) too quickly and don't look at their notes from your previous visit that would remind him you're in pain and you would need to come back regardless of the ultrasound results.

It's hard to know, you need a second opinion, you also need to talk to your doctor about the sharp pain. Sometimes it's a stage of development, some guys have some pains ... but if it's bothering you enough, you need to be examined by a professional. Nobody on yahoo answers will be able to tell you exactly what you have. Sorry.

Sometimes it feels like you're not talking to a person when you go to the doctor, but you're talking to their answering machine. "hang up and try again". Don't leave until you get all your answers. The doctors are obligated to answer your questions. Ask a lot, it's your right!

a blood test would show if you had cancer. go to another doctor, or back to your same doctor and insist that there is pain and that you want it checked out again cause the pain is scaring you. they will have to do something. ask for the blood test. testicular cancer usually grows pretty fast. it might just be an irratating benign cyst, but if it hurts you could get it removed. If it grows at all go to the doctor right away. testicular cancer pain usually very bad.

I would not think the lump has any thing to do with pain in penis. Must be some thing else. If it persists , go back and see the DR and find out what it is. It may have had to do with something he did before. Good luck.

Get a second opinion. You're entitled to it, so don't feel bad. This is a matter of life and death, so just go to another doctor and get a second opinion.

Go back to your doctor and ask him to give you an explaination and recommend a treatment. If he doesn't know, he should refer you to a specialist.
