I was working for a temp agency for a little bit over 2 weeks and got let go by the company I was sent to. Can I still qualify UI?

UK ? = it's called Job Seekers Allowance.
If you are living in a household with no other income you should qualify for some sort of benefits .. go visit you local Job Center ..

You must have 20 weeks of total employment before you can collect UI benefits.

nope....you need to work for a company for at least three months.
