Yes it is.
I haven't seen a 19'' TV in years.
My older sister had one about 15 years ago in her bedroom and I always made fun of her because it was so small.
Back then we had a 32" in our living room.
Now that I have my own family own place, we have a 70" in our living room. A 50" in our bedroom and my son has a 32" in his.
If my Husband could he would go bigger.

At 19" diagonal measurement, the maximum recommended viewing distance is 7.2 feet for an aspect ratio of 16:9 and 6.6 feet for an aspect ratio of 4:3.
So, if you plan on sitting more than about 6-1/2 feet from the TV when you normally watch it, this is too small a screen size.

As with anything, it depends on what level of experience you're looking for. If you want a movie-like experience with a big picture, sharp images and surround sound you might be sorely disappointed with a 19" screen.
However, if you're just interested in catching the news and don't need all of the fluff, I don't see anything wrong with a TV that size. Good luck!

How big is your living room? Personally I think it's a little small, but I have a 52" in the living room, and a 27" in my bedroom...

19" is small but it depends on the size of the room and how far away from the tv you will be sitting. also, if you're a tv junky like me, you will want a bigger tv. if you're just a casual tv viewer it might be okay.

you have already got a sturdy base. Why no longer %. an magnificent colour for upload-ons, maroon, or turquoise, and get cushions throws and a few upload-ons. additionally, mirrors mirror the sunshine and open up a room. a image you adore would desire to be meditated interior the mirror on the different wall. And healthful green plant life carry existence to a room. in case you carry on your cream partitions, and timber floor base, it`s trouble-free to get yet another set of upload-ons and ring the diversities, you're starting to be a summer season seem and a hotter finding set of upload-ons for wintry climate.

I would think so. Depends how big your living room is. 19" would be better in kitchen or bedroom. (Maybe too small for bedroom)
