Ive been scammed. A company called momentum direct has taken money from my bank account twice and Ive contacted them to get my money back several times.(8) Both through E-mail and phone calls. And nothing .Its been over a month and a half, and now I'm looking to file charges. Would greatly appreciate any help.

I turned someone into the FBI's internet fraud division. There is also the FTC and the BBB. Or you could write a letter to the CEO of momentum. I would be more concerned about how they got your checking account number and would probably open a new account.

Have you contacted you bank about the unauthorized transactions on your account? That should have been your first call. Your bank can undo the transaction and change your account so this company no longer can access your account.

You will have to fill out paperwork for your bank and you should make a police report.

it is a scam!!!!
i search a little and this is what i found:they are liars.try to change your account.
