If there weren't people to tempt others, why would it be a reward to get into heaven. Also, if Judas hadn't defected from Jesus' ideals, and had him crucified, what would have happened? How would Jesus then be able to die for our sins?
On another thought, if there aren't people to defy God, then the antichrist will never come to power which would make the book of revalations irrelivent. so my real question is, does God let us sin so that others can know what goodness is?

God does all things "on purpose", there is no randomness with God. He does not need to "send" anyone to Hell, He simply does not intervene in a persons life, allowing them to follow the natural course of their depraved, sinful life, which leads to eternal destruction. Judas' was determined by God to be the traitor, long before he came into being. It wasn't an accident, or a choice, Judas simply followed the destiny set forth for him. Jesus came to die for the sins of His people, nothing nor anybody on this earth could have deterred Him from His appointed mission.
The man of sin will come, and there will be many deceived by him. The book of Revelation is Christ' final revelation to man concerning final things. It is extremely relevant.
God allowed sin to enter the world so that He may display His grace and mercy towards those whom He has chosen for salvation.

2Peter 3:8-10 reads

But you should never lose sight of this fact, dear friends, that time is not the same with the Lord as it is with us - to him a day may be a thousand years, and a thousand years only a day. It is not that he is dilatory about keeping his own promise as some men seem to think; the fact is that he is very patient towards you. He has no wish that any man should be destroyed. He wishes that all men should come to repent. Yet it remains true that the day of the Lord will come as suddenly and unexpectedly as a thief. In that day the heavens will disappear in a terrific tearing blast, the very elements will disintegrate in heat and the earth and all that is in it will be burnt up to nothing.

In other words, God would love to see everyone repent and serve him, and he is giving everyone time to do so, but eventually that time will run out.

Rom 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Rom 9:22 [What] if God, willing to shew [his] wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

God Bless You is a prayer for somebody's wellness and wellbeing. the different word is, properly, decidedly not! "Vengeance is mine," says the Lord! Christians do not desire that any be damned. however the word is often not used as a prayer for somebody's damnation. that is often used as an vile oath. that is a contravention of the third Commandment, which says, "those shalt not take the call of the Lord thy God in ineffective: for the Lord won't carry him guiltless that taketh his call in ineffective." Following is an excerpt from the Shorter Catechism of the Westminster Confession: Q. fifty 4. what's needed in the 0.33 commandment? A. The 0.33 commandment requireth the holy and reverent use of God's names, titles, attributes, ordinances, word and works. Q. 55. what's forbidden in the 0.33 commandment? A. The 0.33 commandment forbiddeth all profaning or abusing of something wherein God maketh himself commonplace. Q. fifty six. what's the clarification annexed to the 0.33 commandment? A. the clarification annexed to the 0.33 commandment is that although the breakers of this commandment would get away punishment from adult adult males, however the Lord our God won't go through them to flee his righteous judgment.

Well, theoretically, if a being is all-powerful, nothing happens that the being doesn't want to happen. If people become damned, and an all-powerful being exists, then it means an all-powerful being wants it to happen. If God is the only all-powerful being, then God wants people to be damned. Pretty simple, really. The only problem is if you assume God isn't 100% truly purely all-powerful. The best counter-argument would be to say God is the MOST powerful being, but isn't ALL-powerful.

we do that for ourselves - our choice. The Bible says we are offered death or Life - choose Life! The fact that ALL people sin is just part of humanity's nature. If observing the consequences of someone's sin teaches you not to sin, that's great. Still your choice.
Happy Holidays!

Adam brought sin into the world. God gives us Jesus as our Savior so we don't have to go to hell. All those who deny him, will go to hell of their own choosing.

we have the power of free will, and that is where sin is.

there are those who take advantage and those who remain moral and loyal to goodness of God. but the choice is there.

if he were real he'd know when he created you that he was damning you, so yeah he would have to have done it on purpose.
