It should be GOD only but in practice it ourselves and other who think they have a right to judge.

Physically I believe that we should judge ourselves. That is if one is capable of doing so. It helps to exercise this before going ahead and doing something that we shouldn't be. When the time comes, the final analysis will be HIS....

I guess that God made us ourselves judge, but most of us are corrupt judges.
