There are different heavens: the sky, the universe, and God's dwelling place. The first two were made at creation. The third is not clearly discussed in the Bible.

Well, according to Genesis, just a few seconds older than the Earth (or just as old, it could be a grammatical nicety).

heaven is infinite in every major religious belief. the earth and everything always followed. heaven is sometimes even more of a concept and less of a real place.

The bible doesn't give a specific age.
