The better term would be really close friends. If there is any sexual activity you will be going to jail. In this country (US) a fifteen year old is a minor. And if sexual acts take place it is considered rape. So I would consider being really good friends until she turns 17. But just because she is seventeen does not mean you can get off free. You still need parental consent. But if you wait til the wonderfula age of 18 you can do anything you want with her. Best of luck. Hope this helps a little.

Not to jump in on your personal business but thats wrong. Look at it like this. A 15 year old's psychology is not the same as an 22 year olds. She's just growing and developing and hasn't matured psychologically enough. She will either...

A. Cheat on you because while the cat's away, the mice will play.

B. Leave you when someone new comes along.

Here is some more help.

She is 15. A fifteen year olds mentality in to have fun, date multiple guys, and etc. An 22 year olds is easier to handle peer pressure, stress, and other things. Plus it's againest the law to date a girl if you are that old and she is that young. My suggestion is just go out and find older girl that are more along your age group.

You should ask her mother or father before you ask her out. Your 22 do you want to tell your parents or friends your going out with a freshman in high school. There must be a problem if you cant find someone your own age. She is 15 just she doesnt have a job, car, and cant make her own decisions where would you go on a date you cant go places with out people looking at you. Cant go to the movies unless you going to see something pg-13, not the club shes only 15. Not to mention that is called statutary rape and you will have to register as a sex offender and that will really hurt you because when your older and have kids you cant even take them to school. Trust me her parent will turn you in.

My mother would always tell me a person whom is your age only asks a young girl out for two reason: sex or because he his such a loser that know one his age would go out with him. (no offense) I am 19 now and know that this is so true.

No, it's not okay. It's illegal. And, if you have sex with her you will go to jail.

HellFairy- I'm guessing you're the one that gave us all thumbs down. It's NOT legal regardless if they're having sex or not. She is not old enough to make responsible decisions. They're seven years apart, just a simple kiss could land him in jail. SO, I think you better research on the subject before you go answering questions like THIS.

No Jacko it is wrong to try and date a child especially when you are 22. Let her grow and wait, but stay away from her till than to avoid temptation. She is jail bait there is a new law but the age difference is only by 3 years separation. Let her grow and go find someone closer to your age.

No, it's against the law. If you're caught you'll go to prison for statutory rape. Also, you'll have to register as a sex offender which will prohibit you from getting jobs in the future. Either wait three years until shes 18 or find someone your age.

No that is not ok. You are a grown man, she is still under law considered a child. How do her parents feel about this? It also will depend if you two are sexually intimate. I say wait till shes AT LEAST 18...

hey i'm not going to call you names or insult you. but nowadays this is seen as wrong so just wait until she's 18. it will be worth it. people can be mean and you don't want to be labeled a sex offender if it gets out.
