Would allow me to take pictures like this?
Do you know one with a feature that could make it "blue tinted"

Mine will, but it's not a photography camera.

I have a Polaroid i733.

Any camera can do that. The blue tint was not created by the camera. The blue tint was done with photo editing software after the picture was taken. Photoshop is the big name in photo editing software. However, I personally prefer that photo editing software from Microsoft.

The image that you show was almost certainly done with Photoshop or equivalent. But a similar effect can be created in-camera by setting your white balance for tungsten illumination and then taking pictures in the shade on a sunny day.

Photoshop is the easier path. And if you shoot RAW, it doesn't matter what your camera settings are; you can create the effect you want in post-processing.

I can do that with one of my film cameras and a blue filter. You'll probably have to use an editing program.

Grey scale and add cyan with your color bar.
