Make the instant mash adding some of the cheese, sautee an onion, boil the asparagus and chop to 1" bit. Mix all that together.

Once ready make 2 mounds and make a hole half way down on each, put a raw egg in each and put in the oven or grill at 200°C or Gas Mark 6 for 20 mins, checking the egg to make sure it's done to your taste (runny or hard yolk)

1. We use to make Ricearoni and broccoli, so I guess you could do the beef rice and asparagus.
2.Another combination would be cheese potatoes combine the velveeta and instant potatoes.
3. Scrambled eggs.... use water instead of milk, makes them lighter as well
4. Saute' onions, mix in asparagus and tomato paste and water.
5. Cheese and crackers
6. Apples all by themselves as dessert, sprinkle with a little sugar and Cinnamon.

melt the butter and throw it in a ziploc bag with the aspargus...shake the bag around to coat the aspargus...put butter covered aspargus on a baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper over it...bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees...

make the mashed potatoes with just butter and water...won't taste as good, but will do.

scramble the eggs with some onion and then add it to cooked beef rice.

you can make instant mashed potatoes, make them really thick when they are cooked add 2 raw eggs, mash up, make patties out of them, then put the patties on a plate of breadcrumbs and coat them, and then flip over to coat the other side, fry up those babies!!!
you can fry the onion in the same pan... mmmm
