Absolutely why should they be given documentation by default or amnesty, that would be a slap in the face of those that are waiting to come here legally. I guarantee that those that do it legally will appreciate this country more, having gone through the struggle & process they will be more willing to assimilate. Well they break the laws by having no green card, Have no ID of any sort, steal from the American people in the form of SS and welfare then say they have rights, forge false Identities, bring diseases, CANT SPEAK A ******* WORD OF ENGLISH most of the time. I say we give them 72 hours to leave the country or be shot. Then once they high tail it back to Mexico, or whatever other country they are from, we set up a minefield on the Mexican border with a warning in ENGLISH that says "warning minefield".
