There is no reason to remove your jewelry for cleaning. Soaking (using a cup over your navel) is the only cleaning that it will need for the first few months.
You should not remove your jewelry at all for the first 6-8 weeks, and upon removal, you should immediately replace the jewelry with another. You should leave something (even if only a retainer) in the piercing for the first 6 months to a year so that the hole remains open, doesn't shrink, and add irritation to your piercing by pushing objects back through them causing injury to the skin once shrunk down smaller than your jewelry.
When you finally do end up taking a captive bead ring out (aka: cbr) you will hold one side of the ring and gently rock the bead out sideways so that the ring releases from the dimples of the ball easily. Sometimes, if the ring was exceptionally tight, you may need a pair of ring openers (you may have a pair of snap-ring pliers laying around the house that will do the same thing). You will place the ring opener inside of the ring and when squeezing the handle, it will open the jaws outward, putting pressure outward on the ring and releasing the ball.

No, you have to wait for like a year. If you take it out, the little ridges that the ball screws on to can rip the inside of your piercing and irritate it and make it bleed. Just clean around it.

no. you should wait until 6 months. unless its causing you pain, there is no reason to remove it to clean it.

They told me to take it out after two months......which I did. But, you can probably take it out to clean it.

Bad idea. Use an antiseptic and wait 'til it heals. Otherwise you're gonna' get an infection.
