I have a friend that was raped just over a year ago. No charges were ever made, if you know anything about our legal system putting through a rape charge is virtually impossible. This is a fact she has long ago accepted however this guy is still living in the same town and she constantly worries in the back of her mind if she is going to run into him on the street. The guy in question is living here illigally and working under the table and not paying taxes. I was wondering if anyone knew the process to report and have someone like this deported as that would go a long way to restoring my friends piece of mind.

Report the illegal to the Immigration authorities so that he will be deported and will not be a menace to society.

if there is no charges ther is no proove, she has to report him
