If you are a believer then you wouldn't be posting the question. Therefore, my first thought is do you believe any history that you haven't personally witnessed? Columbus, Napoleon, etc - Anything? The Bible is a book of History. That's why I ask. There is a huge amount of evidence out there (and more being found) that support much of what we read in the Bible. Do you believe that the complexities of life just happened by chance? Studies have shown the chances of all the things required to get us where we are today happening by chance are so minuet that it just couldn't happen. So where did it all start? Evolution? Did you or have you seen evolution?Big Bang? Have you or anyone seen the big bang occur? Funny how we will believe what we haven't witnessed, sometimes, even if the odds are so great that its inconceivable it could be.. But the question is how did it start. I believe most people feel that at some point in time there was nothing. If so, where did the basics for evolution or big bang come from? From Nothing? That wouldn't make since. I don't know your age but you (like everyone else who are true to them self) will get to a stage in life when you realize that there must be more than being born, work and buy stuff, have kids, and die. Where's the true meaning in that? Good luck in your choices in life. Make them good ones. May God Bless you.

I have a theory:
There is nothing in this world that you can imagine or think of that does not exist. For instance: you can imagine an alien, a dragon, a mermaid, a 3 eyed creature..etc It does exist BUT not necessarily in the physical world that you know! or not in the same time. If anything you can't imagine then it does not exist. Like to imagine day & night occurring in the same place on the same time. I believe that all imaginary images are not your creation. You can twist them but can't create them from nothing. You are bringing them from their source because of your will.
What made me think of this theory is:
I do healing by energy. They taught us that: fake it until you make it. I didn't get it! How when I do a healing & imagine what the person could have then I'll make it! After practicing I was amazed of the results. In the beginning I tried to imagine what so ever in the healing session, then when I was done, the recipient told me that it was true. After that I didn't try to imagine anything, it all comes either like a word or a symbol or a picture that tels me what is the problem & the causes. Then when I'm with my friends & suddenly an idea or picture of something comes to my mind, I ask them about it & they asked me: How did you know that?
I even tried what I've learned in the Silva course with my family & it worked. I asked them to take deep breaths & gave them a name of someone who I know & asked them about what ever comes to their mind about how he/she look like & what the diseases they have. The answers not only was true but some they told me things that I didn't know & when I referred to the person, he/she told me that it was true. It exited or they had before. During the Silva course when the teacher gave us a name & we tried to close our eyes to figure out what was wrong, I saw even the dress that the lady was wearing. I thought it was my imagination, but the teacher said that she gave us her mother name & she had this dress. Some saw her in a younger life stages & mentioned many things that were true.
So I came with this theory: That anything you are able to imagine is true & do exists. What comes to your mind, even the ideas are not your creation. Creation is when you twist what already exist. Like when you imagine your sister wearing a helmet & with one eye. Or if you imagined 10 copies of your sister, there is your sister & this is the original idea. She exists.
Everything in this picture exist but you are twisting it or creating something new from the old by adding to it.
When I knew about telepathy, when many of us had a dream the manifested in our life (some times the exact dream happened), when I sensed something & it happened then I asked myself: how did I know? Then I was sure that there is a source.. Even if I didn't have the proof of what the source is, but you can't say that there is no source. I don't need to prove that there is a source to you! But I need to proof what the source is.
For me, if there is an idea that there is a God then there is a God! If many people including me imagined, or dreamed of or heard of or even thought of the idea of: Angels then there are angels. If I were you, instead of asking people about a proof, I will search for the proof. People may twist the idea of how God look like or if there are many of them but the original idea is one. There is a God. So go & find him ( :

Where is your proof that God does not exist? According to science or anything all these worlds and galaxies had to be put into motion or action to be moving on its own. The force that put everything into motion hence started it is God. If there was no God there would be nothing. People who believe in God are comforted and happy. People who don't they are frustrated, so I think that explains alot.

I have no proof to give you. I only have my faith that God is everywhere.People who truly beleive in him would need no proof to begin with, if they did, they would be doubting Him from the start.

the bible, the wisdom in it,proves God exists.
things are happening now, that we are told will happen in the bible.
the human body, the earth, man could never make that.
evolution cannot explain itself. If it did ,why did it stop at man?and I feel there has to be a reason for everything.,I cant imagine going through life thinking this is it.

MY proof is that it feels right to me, and makes more sense than thinking that all of this is a big happy accident.
But that's only good for me--I can't pretend to have proof that would convince anyone else.

There is proof all around, the most visible is our sun and moon. From our view they appear to be the same size even though one is much bigger and farther away. Yes it is an optical illusion but a beautiful example of GOD's majesty. But the atheist will say its just a coincidence, but then the big bang and evolution theories relies mainly on coincidence. Praise the LORD.

i hate this question. because christians just give dumb answers and atheists discount them off anyway. my proof is i saw god work a miracle right in front of my eyes. after that there is no disbelief in my mind.
